Patience does not seem to be your strong point, does it?
Contact the IRS and negotiate to have your tax debt put in abeyance. If you have no job and no other source of income, you have no means to pay. However, you have to the IRS know these facts, or they will assume that you are merely trying to avoid paying what is owed, and will take actions to collect the debt by whatever means is available.
The tax debt will continue to accrue interest while in abeyance, but at a reasonable rate of about 8%. You WILL have to pay it off eventually, but you can deal with that issue when you find employment.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
Second, this is not a chat room, you need to be patient until someone comes along who can answer. I removed your duplicate posts. Also, by posting a piggyback, you made it harder for someone to answer.
Third, Don't dodge your creditors. Tell them the truth and try to negotiate something.

Scott was a bit more thorough and somewhat more diplomatic than I was.
