I can't lose even one pound! I went to the gym for 2months straight earlier this year, every day, an hour a day on the elliptical and bicycle, and lost nothing.. not an inch, not a pound. And I ate like I should. Since I lost nothing, naturally I got frustrated and quit the gym. So I have been at home, doing regular exercise, aerobics, and still can't lose a thing. Any suggestions?

Keep in mind that how much you weigh does not tell you how much of your weight is due to fat. Muscle weight increases with exercise.
Keep positive and try something new.
Your body may have found a comfortable weight for the demands you are putting on it, try something new that your body isn't used to. Maybe swimming? Your body will only change if the demands placed upon it change.
For better advise state your age height and weight
