You've got to look at what you are eating. 90% of weight loss is diet. I'm taking a guess that because you are now so busy looking after your little one, you are more likely to reach for whatever food is handy, rather than checking if it's the best thing you could eat.
The simple approach is to cut out all the white carbs: sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cereals, cake etc. Replace them with quality protein healthy fats and LOTS of green vegetables. As much as possible, eat fresh whole foods, not stuff from boxes or packets.
Eggs are a great snack; full of good protein and fats, quick to cook, and best of all, impossible to binge on. No-one ever keeps eating eggs once they've had enough.

Eating egg is not dangerous for the cholesterol? Some says that the yolk must remove because it is bad cholesterol.

Haha I was really close to your weight and then I woke up and smelled the roses :] I was around 175!! Wozers huh? :] But I also tried losing weight fast a lot and it got me completely no where because I gained out of the five pounds I lost, I gained back two or three, or I just gained it all back! I was so frustrated. That I thought maybe I should stop and admit I am a fatty.
But my mom keeps pestering me about it, so I couldn't deal with it pr her stress. It was a "Bing!" Haha Stress actually makes it harder too loose weight. But for faster results I would say to eat at least 1,500 calories, yes you must count calories. I'm sorry dear. And an important thing is to eat Veggies because it helps with the digestion. So your stomach is less full, the less full, the less that's in your stomach so the less weight! To start with any day, drink a glass of water, which is like half a water bottle :]
Your breakfast should contain at least one banana [Because it helps burn the fat but also it helps your legs, which should help you move around better] Also eating oatmeal or two more bananas should help with the breakfast. To boost metabolism [the thing that makes you loose weight] don't eat any junk food. I stayed off it for at least a week and lost five pounds from it! But instead eat something that has mostly water and vegetables. There's a lot of good recipes for those, and they're really yummy.
I can't tell you what you want for lunch or breakfast, because since your breakfast should be your biggest meal, stick with light food and let me tell you bread isn't a friend so stick away from flower no matter how light it seems. But it doesn't mean you can't have whatever you want because switching from one way to another is really hard to do, and if you know that you can't do this diet way yet, I please advise to just go slowly by just adding more vegetables and drink at least half a gallon of water to one gallon. Why? Because there is also water weight. How did you get this? Simple! From the sodium in the fast food! Or Salt. Yes those french fries are mean.
What else to tell you is you should at least exercise about running four miles and doing some crunches to make your stomach smaller, because you had a baby, it would be bigger than usual. Try to do something with your arms instead of laying it there when your running, put to to a fist, and swing it back and forth, but it should look like a 90 degree angel. Also when doing crunches, try moving them around, like you are punching something, so when you crunch up, pretend to hit something in front of you. This will shape up your arms, but when you just started exercising, please just take it every other day, because you don't want to put stress or strain on your muscles. Try to exercise about and hour a day, play soccer if you want, you don't need to stick to an old boring routine, and if you want, then just take your child for a stroll at the park, instead of sitting, let the child be active at that time.
Also try to not eat after six, if you do, try light food, drink a glass before eating, it'll lessen your hunger, Never try after eight! At eat before two hours of waking up. Hope this helps! If you have any questions, please ask :]

No, eggs are not bad for you. The cholesterol in them does not turn into cholesterol in your blood. In fact, they improve the ratio of HDL (good) cholesterol to LDL (bad) cholesterol, so they improve your cholesterol profile.
