Okay, I'm thirteen, my boyfriend is sixteen. My mom doesn't know about us, but my brother and sister do. I really like him and he's only mentioned sex once, but the other day when we were making out and kissing and stuff he acted like he wanted to. I think I'm ready but I don't want to be making the wrong choice. What should I do? Please helpp...

Are you aware that the legal age of consent is 16? That means that if a 16 year old has sex with a minor, it is a criminal offense.
If your parents were aware, or become aware of you having had sex, they could (and should probably) inform the authorities, in which case your boyfriend could be charged with rape.
What is 'statutory rape'?
If you are under the age of consent and you choose to have sex with someone who is over the age of consent, then they can be charged with the crime of 'statutory rape'. Some countries have different names for this crime, and some states in the U.S. call it 'unlawful sexual penetration' or just 'rape'.

You may find some useful information on your question at the link posted.
Your question should you wait, is obvious. Any sexual contact, as far as I am aware, is also illegal. That would include kissing, fondling, oral sex, mutual masturbation, etc.
Until you are 16 years old, you are not considered old enough, or mature enough to make an informed decision as to whether to have sex.
While it may seem unfair, in a nutshell, there is a big difference in your ages, emotionally and otherwise.
It is just not okay to engage in sexual behaviour at your age, with a boy who is of legal age of consent.
I would say cool your jets, you will see yourself in three years why you were not ready 'then'.

Don't do it. You will only regret it.
Not only that he could be put up for rape if your mother finds out and wants to press charges.
Plus you will regret it. You may think having sex means nothing but pleasure but once you do it with him you will feel so much more for him and when you break up... Probably in a months time or less you will feel terrible for letting him do that to you.
Respect your body.. Don't just give it cause he wants it.
Wait...

You will regret it if you have sex with this guy. I can't believe it.
How old are your siblings?

Please do not do it. I was 13 when I did and now I am 32 I still regret it. It makes me feel sick and ashamed still, long time has gone by since he was around and the guy that I thought loved me I look back now he was just a older jerk that would say anything to get what he wanted. Sex isn't what everybody makes it out to be like in the movies and other kids. Most kids especially girls pretend they enjoyed it but most of the time they do not. It is not worth the risk or the regret years later like I have. Still think bad sometimes about myself. Also, my best friends daughter is 14 and now pregnant and yes they did use protection the guy was 16 and has had to talk to police detective about it could face criminal charges. Now my beautiful god-daughter is almost 4months pregnant, sick and gaining weight and he has a brand new "not pregnant" girlfriend and wanted her to "Just get rid of it". I asked her was it really worth it and she said that it wasn't really all that fun she was mostly curious. Yes there is going to be a beautiful baby but that precious baby is going to have a child as a mother. She is very smart make straight A's and is going to have to make a decision to either keep the baby and try to still follow her dreams, stay in school or give the baby up for adoption. This is a decision no 14 year old should be having to worry about. 13 year olds are not suppose to be having sex they are suppose to be having fun with friend and living life not feeling ashamed and having to deal with grown up stuff. I pray you make the right choise I know you have probably heard it before but if he really loves you he will wait for as long as it takes and if he says he won't be with you unless you do it he is not worth being with.

Don't do it. Why? Because you will be raising a child by yourself while this 16 year old boy rots in prison for being a sexual predator.

You said that you think you're ready for sex. Are you ready to have a baby?
