Is there anyway to find out what a friend did to go to prison? I am writing him but do not want to ask him that question, somewhere in this wed world there has to be a place to find this out, I just can't imagine him doing anything really wrong for prison to be in there for 7 years

I have moved your post. In GA it is easy you go to the department of correction web site, search for their name and it shows you their photo and what the crimes are that they were convicted of and which ones they are in prison for now
