I have a sore area on the right side of my throat , this area has always felt sensitive and when I was 11 I had these cream coloured lumps that used to travel from the area in my throat and up and out my mouth. I could feel them travelling up and I could cough to help bring them out quicker. You can squash them and they smell real bad. So now I'm 25 and I can feel in my throat that they are back and the lumps are there , except this time they don't come up and out . The worst thing is swallowing is a bit uncomfortable and whatever it is , its making my breath smell bad .

From what you're describing, it sounds like tonsillolith, which are otherwise known as "tonsil stones"
