After removing some Google shortcut apps from my Firefox toolbar, Firefox ceased to operate. Shut it and iMac down. Still can't open Firefox. Window pops up no matter how many times I click on "OK" Tried to enclose a snapshot below but not certain that's going to work so here's what the window repeats to me... "Error on adding menu element: NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED, (Component returned failure code: 0x000ffff ((NS_ERROR_UNEXPECTED) [nslPrefBranch.getCharPref] id:

How did you remove Google shortcut apps?

I am not familiar with macs but if were a win system, I would suggest to also check where you uninstall applications from in iMac and see if there are any Google items still levt that may be installed and uninstall them

Wish could offer more, just don't have any idea with macs.
