Ihave an estate account for my father. He receives 1,308 a month for 15 more months
He did not leave a will and owes many creditors. Am I allowed to have any of that money?
He did not designate a beneficiary for these monthly checks. I have been trying to pay
Some of his debts each month but there are so many that I will never get them paid off

First this needs to be filed in probate court, there are rules to who will get paid, and who may not get paid at all. So you can't just pay bills as they come in. Or it may be that each will get a percent , but it has to be done according to court rules.
If you do it wrong, you could find yourself personally liable.
