View Full Version : Is it OK if a 15 amp circuit uses a 14 gauge hot but a 12 gauge neutral?

I've noticed some circuits in my home are on 15 amp breakers and are using 14 gauge for the hot wire but 12 gauge for the neutral wire. Is this OK?
