I am not fat but I suffer from a lot of fats in my face and it would never go away, I have tried diets, am working out on regular basis and my body shape is not bad but when it comes to my face its killing me... I need to find some serious method beside surgery to make my face look smaller.. any idea?
I heard there are injections to melt fats away.. but not sure if that's real stuff or crap... thanks

I think the only way to thin your face out is to have surgery.

I have exactly the same problem! I found that the only way to thin it down was weight loss in general... but that turned into a problem. Im not sure, I guess the only answer is surgery I guess since you can't really excersize your face.
