Navyopie- THE 1928G, $2.00 bill you have is called a {STARNOTE} and a star note is more vauleable
then the regular note]THE reason it is called a star note is when they catch a damaged note DURNING THE printing of paper money ,they take out the note and put that serial number in the log book , then take and put it in the furnace, then they take and print another note just like the one that they just burned The only thing that is on the new one is {THE STAR THAT IS PUT AT THE START OF THE SERIAL NUMBER or at the end of the serial number ] that is both serial numbers [top and bottom] and the star notes you can find in any denomination;! OK now the values of the one you haveTHE value of paper money and also coins; is {CONDITION AND GRADE IT IS IN } IN { VF-20=$55.00 } in { UNC-63 =$450.00;; NOTE- VF -20 MEANS -VERY FINE;; AND UNC-63 MEANS UNCIRCULATED -GRADE 63 } I hope that I have answered your QUESTIONS FULLY IF I MISSED SOMETHING JUST COME BACK AND LET US KNOW Have a great day and GOD BLESS::F.B.E.;; P.S.
