I have a 17 year old Janitrol furnace/AC. It was cooling properly, but the blower on the furnace was running almost constantly. Had service and the thermostat was changed. Continued to have the same problem even after a new thermostat (its set on auto) until it stopped cooling. Had service and had capacitor changed, its cooling again, but the blower on the furnace is still running. The thermostat will be set to 79, it will be 75 in the house and the blower will come on. Is this a problem for the blower to be running all the time? Will it cause the unit to stop cooling? I know I probably need a new furnace/air, but don't want to replace it for at least 3 months. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thank you.

Probably won`t hurt anything ,if it were me and planned to replace furnace I wouldn`t spend money on it and hope it holds up till the replacement time
