What is the Ideal room temperature for different dog breeds ?

As diff. breeds have there own specific ideal climatic conditions where they can maintain their health better , it will really useful if some one can list out what are the different breeds requirements.

my curiosity is more on breeds like

1) Rottweiler
2) Bullmastiff
3) German Shepherd
4) Labarodor retriever

This one is a little out of my league, but the breeds you have mentioned can do well in hotter climates due to their short coats. Rotties, Labs and Mastiffs all have short, single coats. Shepherds have longer coats, but it is still only a single coat, allowing air to circulate.
Colder climates would most likely need the aid of winter jackets if they were outside dogs.
Breeds like the Siberian Husky would be better suited to colder climates as they have a thick undercoat, capable of handling snowy regions. Their coat does protect them from all elements, including the sun, but if left in the sun for long periods they can easily get heat stroke.
