Call the vet and take her in right away. Has your dog eaten any bones lately?

Could be worms, could be parvo, could be something else. Contact your vet.
If you were having bloody stools, would you not contact your doctor?

I'd lean towards worms. Worms can cause dogs to get VERY sick. Whipworms and hookworms will create a bloody stool. You're going to have to go to your vet to get the good wormer. Over the counter wormer isn't very strong and only kills round worms and maybe some other types. However if your pup has bloody poo, I'd almost bet money on either hooks or whips ;)
As for the abnormal movements.. You could try feeding about a 1/4 cup yogurt to help reset the good bacteria in the stomach and intestine.
Irregular movements an also be related to diet. Kind of like the same with people.. If people eat poorly, they go less often and its usually in large amounts. What are you feeding your dog? Foods such as pedegree, ol roy and kibble n bits have very little meat in the ingredients. Meat in a dogs diet is a natural lax. Putting your dog on a healthier diet may help make the movements more regular. Also try the yogurt. About 1/4 cup for large dogs and half 1/8 cup for smaller dogs twice a day.. morning and night.
Good luck
