Hi awhile ago I saw this movie and its not deadly friend but this girl falls I think down a hill and dies or something along those lines. Anyway the girl dies and the two teenage boys bring her in the basement and put a chip in her brain or something can't remember exact details and she comes back to life.

Not quite human... There were four or five of them made from the first one.
