Yeah... like Milo said, we'll need more info. To be helpful here. No matter what, you can be sure that you can't just install 4 long sweep 90s to reroute the waste line and just be done with it... ;) You will definitely need to install cleanout(s) or catch basins to meet code requirements.
We can't help much on cost as each area/state has such different labor costs it wouldn't be reasonable. Be sure to get 3 estimates and choose the people that make you feel most comfortable. Finally, do not make the final payment to your contractor for any reason until the job has been inspected and completed 100%!
