I married my husband 3 yrs ago and yesterday I found out that they have levied all accts. With his name on it because of back child support HE owes I only put his name on the accts in case anything happen to me he would have access now because his name is on the accts my money is levied nothing in my accts is really his except by marriage how can I get it back I mailed out the Bank levy response form yesterday from the DOR web site but all my pay and my child support is in the levied accts. Please help I can't buy food pay bills or anything at this point HELP

Joint account is a joint account and they can garnish any account his name is on.
You should have named him as a benificiary to the account upon your death which would have prevented it from being garnished at this point.

I mailed out the Bank levy response form yesterday from the DOR web site but all my pay and my child support is in the levied accts.Hello r:
I don't know who the DOR is, but if these forms release YOU from the levy, I would have TAKEN them to the bank. In fact, I still WOULD.

I did they said they needed the release from the DOR to let my funds go
