If paternity for a child has not been determined is the accused father responsible for child support if the mother has been getting state assistance

Hello p:

No. It take MORE than just an accusation. If you've received something from the state, I'm sure it gives you an opportunity to challenge it, and I'm sure it the communication tells you how.

Before A support order can be issued paternity must be established. The court will order a paternity test.
