So your father built a structure on your uncle's property. Was there any agreement in writing pertaining to this property? Was the structure built according to building and zoning codes?
Without an agreement, its probable the uncle has every right to evict your father from your uncle's property. But it does have to be a legal eviction.

Agree, and am wondering if this was even a legal structure to begin with. Most cities and even rural areas allow only one residence per property. Tell us more

This area was a informal settlement and he does not have the title deed of the stand, we did go municipality who told him that if we are fighting for the stand which he does not have title deed they will end up selling the stand as he did stay inside

So, if I understand you, your uncle does not have clear title to the piece where your father built? Who does have title? Why would anyone build a structure on property where the title was clouded?
