The plantiffs request came in an order regarding garnishment to my business. It was served in a county that I do not reside in. Being the business owner and havng not paid myself a salary in many years, I never answered the request. I have now been served at home for not compling and my court date is July 12th. I was juast served July 6th at 8:oo PM. What options do I have. I Can't afford an attorney. Thank You, Hope you cab advise.
