My niece is executor when my mother died, have not seen the will but my niece shared that the attorney told her that my mother's children was not intitled to anything that she does not have to give my mother's children anything. My niece shared if I want to see the will I could call the attorney. What do I need to do?

Call the attorney and ask to see the will; your niece is only the executrix, appointed to make sure that all participants get their fair share as named in the will. Has she made it perfectly clear who was named in the will ?

Call the attorney.

Umm, didn't she tell you what to do? Call the attorney what else?

If she filed for probate you could check with the probate court for a copy.

Call the attorney and go see the will in person.
