If the fan has 3 wires, the black is likely fan, red is for light and the white and green(neutral and ground).
What colors are at the ceiling? Black red, blue, and white also?
Black may be the hot feeding switch and red and blue may be switched legs from switch?

There should be instructions with the wall switch that determine which wires are hot, fan, and light.

The colors @ the ceiling are black , red , & white , which are connected to the : black from fan to black from 3 wire from switch location , white from fan to white from switch location & black/white or black & white from fan to red from switch location the switch itself has black , blue , & red . Black I think is the feed to the black on the fan . Blue is the feed to the light leg ? Or feed to the fan leg ? & red is the feed to the light leg ? Or the fan leg ?

Sounds like black/white(light)is connected to your red at switch and is 1 switchleg, black for fan seems right for the fan, leaving blue as the feed.
Now we just need to know what the switch does, A model number or more info will help.

I'm totally confused.
The seemed to have become a chameleon with changing colors. I think it's white, red and black
What is a "Fan and light control"?
1) Something that goes in the canopy?
2) Something that goes in a gang box?
Blue is an IEC color for neutral, but I'm not going there yet.
If you can find links to the models in question, do so.
This is currently getting messy.

Guys.
He has a fan hooked to 14/3 (or 12/3) and the 14/3 to a switch box. He is trying to wire a wall switch that will control the fan and light. It has a hot in, a hot out (fan) and a hot out (light). All we need to determine is the colors of the wall switch.

Raff, how many wires are in your switch box? 3 plus ground, or 5?
AND
How many wires are in your fan box (at the ceiling): 3 plus ground, or 5?
You may have already stated this but the thread is getting too cluttered for my eyes.
We need to determine where your power source is.

If I understand correctly, you have 5 wires in your switch box:
1. A black and white feed
2. A black, red, white from the fan.
Connect the black to the black supply. Connect the red to the red from the fan, blue to the black from the fan, and the two whites together.
