View Full Version : Sears Delivery Charge Refund

7/7/2010 I had a dishwasher delivered by Sears. It was stated to me that delivery was free for dishwashers over $399. I get to the register and the delivery is a rebate. I should have walked out then. Anyway the dishwasher gets delivered and I send in the required documentation. The documentation includes the receipt form for my information. I call when my first bill comes. I am told call back next month. I call the next month and I told it has not been processed. Today I call many different 800 numbers and I am told the request was denied because there was no rebate that day. I am told to contact Sears's solution center. The solution center says I have to talk to the store directly. The store says they will have the sales man get back to me. I don not expect to hear from the salesman. What can I do?

Try going in person and skip calling on the phone. Go to the store and speak to the salesman directly. You should get some answers from him. If not, speak to his supervisor with all your documentation in your hand.
