7/7/2010 I had a dishwasher delivered by Sears. It was stated to me that delivery was free for dishwashers over $399. I get to the register and the delivery is a rebate. I should have walked out then. Anyway the dishwasher gets delivered and I send in the required documentation. The documentation includes the receipt form for my information. I call when my first bill comes. I am told call back next month. I call the next month and I told it has not been processed. Today I call many different 800 numbers and I am told the request was denied because there was no rebate that day. I am told to contact Sears's solution center. The solution center says I have to talk to the store directly. The store says they will have the sales man get back to me. I don not expect to hear from the salesman. What can I do?
