Don't you have it in your books?
If you mix concentrated aqueous ammonia with the organic liquid in a sealed tube or under reflux with some ethanol. You should keep the ammonia in excess so that your primary amine does not react with your halide, forming secondary amines and ultimately tertiary amines.
