I've been out of prison for 4 years now, I have had a few jobs but each one fired me before my 90 day trial was up. I have great work performance and great people skills but people feel they can treat me any kind of way because I have a past and not knowing what it was all about. All I want is a chance to prove myself and show that I'm capable of being in the work force with out people judging me of my past. Can u HELPPPPP me?

Basically it's going to be an uphill battle for you to keep any job. The best place to work would be for a mom and pop type company that does not rely on the background checks and 90 day probation periods. I know that's asking for a lot but you need to remember you are a felon and these days felons are at the bottom of the hiring pile in the eyes of employers.
