The air seems to be turning on in the house fine, but it won't kick the condenser on outside to actually cool the air. When we took the panel off the condenser and pushed the relay switch it worked fine...

It seems like your are missing the 24 volts that powers the relay/contactor OR the coil in the relay/contactor is defective.

Might also be off due to the low pressure switch.
