From the same estate lot as the Charlot:

I am trying to find out about a litho by and artist whose signature appears to read June Fortin, the image is one of sand pipers on a beach;

Also an oil painting, very similar in theme and style to Constable's Haywain attributed to a Richard Westall. The famous Richard Westall was not a landscape painter and was born some 60 years before this artist.

A pastel work, L. Parsake (? - the spelling is difficult to male out) and it appears to be dated 1964, a tree and some sky

And Evangeline Munns, not dated, watercolour, looks like a North Ontario lake

Thanks for any help you could give me

Hi... I can't tell you anything specifically about your litho, but I have several watercolors by June Fortin. I was entranced by her depiction of Sandpipers. I also have a large painting of a Florida water scene with a man casting a net.
She lived in Stuart, FL when we lived there in the early 80's. I've been trying to find out if she's still alive and still painting.

Thanks for your response on the Fortin - that helps actually. I'm sorry I don't know if she's alive or not but at least now I know what I've got.

Judy, I hope it helps. If it does, please let me know. I'm contacting a friend in FL, who was also a fan of June. I paid $750 for my large watercolor, but it's a Florida painting, and doesn't mean the same in California. ;) Jean
