I have lived in my rented house approximatley one month. I just discovered it is full of black mold at a toxic level. Is the landlord any way responsible to help me relocate? He will not fix it along with the Air conditioning and the water leak in the kitchen. My son has been extremley sick due to this problem. I do not want to stay in this house but think he should be responsible to help me move since he will not fix the problems.

You moved in and you'll be responsible for moving out. The landlord is obviously not going to pay for your move either if he has done nothing to fix the water leak in the kitchen or the a/c. You could take him to small claims court but do you really want to stay in that toxic environment until the hearing and then have the Judge rule against your request for moving fees?

I think you can successfully sue the landlord for moving expenses. Whether you can collect is another story. But the suit will take time. You need to document the mold, your requests for the condition to be fixed and the refusal of the landlord to fix it.
