Can the Financing company put a lien on my house if I return my lease car?

Do you mean you are turning in a car, still owe money, are not paying the close out fees/charges/expenses?

If they get a Judgment against you IN COURT they can do whatever your State allows in order to collect - and that includes a lien on property in many States.
