How to cure muscular inflammation? Any advise?

Yes in a back pain, he is giving me anti inflammatory and not really helps , pain is gone temporary and coming back

Do you know what you had done to cause this problem? Maybe it is involving more than muscles? Would you go to a chiropractor?
