6 stone is quite light,at 12 your body is growing and developing,trying diets will have long term effects on your health,and not in a good way.
Eating healthy and staying active will help build your body and give it the nutrients it needs.
Can I ask why you want to lose weight?

At your age, focus less on weight and more on strength (muscular, cardiovascular) building.
