What can happen at this hearing if you do not have a job or bank accounts to pay back the money you owe for credit card...

They win, the court orders you to pay it, they get a judgement.
Then anytime in the next 7 to 10 years if you have a bank account they can freeze it and take the money, if you get a job latter they can garnish part of the pay
