Hello, I'm just making a query to see what people think about sexuality...
Focusing on female sexuality primarirly.
Diverse sexuality is controversial, I know, But is it being same sex attracted if you have intense feelings for a girl, but you don't really want to be intimate, or anything.
I have felt these sort of feelings since I was too young to even know what was going on.
What do you guys think?

I have had the same sort of feelings for men before, and I have always felt it was me actually wanting a big brother. I don't think that having those feelings for another girl necessarily makes you a lesbian. I would think you'd want a sexual relationship if that was your orientation. Ever hear of a nonsexual crush? It mostly extreme admiration.
Do you think maybe your feelings are borderline obsessive? That could be a problem, if so.

It is quite normal to have a 'crush' on same sex person, whether friend acquaintance or teacher. I believe it's best not to say anything to them about it though, it kind of freaks some people out and changes the momentum of the relationship.

Excellent responses here that I would only add that BIG admiration of someone can become powerful motivators to produce positive changes in yourself. It reduces the crush then too. I was soooo smitten with a woman named Sasha once, until one day I realised I had become Sasha too! It was a very cool feeling. The journey is so interesting, isn't it?
