I watched it n lifetime a couple of years ago. There was a high school girl that got sick or suffered an injury and while she was healing her sister and her boyfriend got together. I think the girl was a cheerleader and her boyfriend was a football or some type of sports player. I remember a scene in the beginning where they go out for like milkshakes or ice cream in the beginning of the movie with their friends after a game.
