Hi, recently I discovered a small hard bulge on the side of my penis, on the forskin between the shaft and the head. Its gotten bigger over the past few days and seems to have swollen up. Another weird thing is that there is a small circular opening close by where there's a fleshy bit under, almost like someone cut a small opening and never sealed it. Very small amounts of fluids are produced in it and it has a sharp smell to it. I cleaned it off with water once which got rid of the smell but by the end of the day it was back. This smell can only be noticed if you are close to the substance. Please get back to me quickly so I can act on it if dangerous.
