How can we help you here? It seems as though you really need to be examined in person by a physician who can then make some kind of diagnosis.

All we can do here is guess at what the problem might be. True, some of the guesses might be quite good and come from well qualified individuals with some degree of knowledge in a medical field. But, none the less, they will be only guesses because no one here can meet with you and examine you in person.
