What is the name of movie about a young couple that buys a house with an apartment. When they rent the apartment out to a guy that does all kinds of things to make the young couple loose the house, like release cockroaches. The tenant seems helpful and agreeable, but, if I remember correctly, his motivation is to have the young couple loose their home. The young couple struggles with keeping the house. I do not remember any of the actors names and/or when the movie was released. Thank you for your help.
