I'm 15 almost 16 and I live with my dad and I'm going through the same thing he won't let me live with my mom who lives in another state and I've tried so hard I cry myself to sleep at might because I hate living in North Dakota I want to be with my mom I'm at the point in my life where I need my mom more because I'm a growing teenage girl I go back home to North Dakota in about a month but I don't want to and my dad already said I could stay with my mom the summer that I turn 16 and that's this summer and he changed his mind what should I do.

First, as you are new here, you need to understand how this site works. You shouldn't piggyback your question on someone else's thread. Therefore I moved your question to a new thread. Second, you gave an answer of mine a disagree without any comment. Giving a disagree should only be done if the answer contains inaccurate information and my answer was exactly correct.
Now to answer your question, the court has awarded primary custody to your father. The only way to change that is to go back to the court that has jurisdiction and petition the court for a change. But you can't do that, your mother, the non-custodial parent, has to do it. At your age, the court will listen to your preferences, but the court will make the decision based on what they feel is your best interests.
