Cat is a 1.5 yr old had I kitten at 11 am then labor and contractions stopped it is 11 pm and nothing. Cat seems fine and happy.

Cats can stop labor for up to a day if they don't feel safe. Just let her be. If there are any other kittens, they'll show up.
