It all depends on WHAT medically happened to her... unless there was real physical damage (discounting anything emotional) there should be no reason she would have any more of a problem getting pregnant than any other typical woman.

If there was no physical damage done (which can only be determined by a doctor) then there's no reason why she should have any problems conceiving.

She needs to see an OB, which is something she should have been doing long before she turned 25.
