When I was younger there was a movie about a young girl and when she turned like 16 or so she got her powers. She was taught how to use them by an old woman who was really shot... And when as she was learning she put a spell on a boy that she liked to make him want her and she also made a spell to be the most popular girl in school... I loved that movie but now I can't remember the name.. Anybody know the movie I'm talking about?
