My wife faslely accused me of hitting choking her and when the cops came that found it to be false. She then took our three sons and left the house with clothes and has not returned to stay in the house for four days. Can I file abandonment on her because I don't know her where abouts just where she works?

No. There is a sticky note at the top of this forum that address the issue of abandonment. Abandonment "charges" occur when a child is left without adult supervision of any kind. So abandonment does NOT apply here.
What you need to do is file for divorce or, at least, a legal separation. As part of this filing you petition for visitation rights to your children. Until there is such an order in place you probably could not even charge her with parental kidnapping.
I strongly suggest you consult a divorce attorney immediately since you don't really have much of a clue about the law in this instance (not a put down since most people don't).
