I do not know if I am pregnant or not but I have been having stabbing pain in my lower left abdomen the last couple days , I have pain around my neck going down to my upper shoulder and I have been spotting in between my periods. Does this sound like it could be an ectopic pregnancy?

I don't know but it DOES sound like you should consult with a Physician. This could be serious... or not.
