Hi everyone,
I am a 14 year-old girl and my height is just 155cm. My dad is 169cm and my mom is 157cm. Both of them are not consider tall, rather short. How can I grow taller?? Can anyone tell me some ways to get taller??

Height is genetic. There's almost nothing you can do to change it, any more than you can change the colour of your eyes or your hair. Like eyes and hair, you can fake it, with clothes that make you look taller, and high heels on your shoes.

Eating a good diet can help you make the most of your potential, but there is no food or exercise you can do to make yourself taller.

Develop good posture. You can add the appearance of several inches to your height by the way you carry yourself.

Perfect answer.

The best we get is the genetic potential we are given... from there, its up to us to keep up with good nutrition, exercise, health...

I'm a guy, just under 6 ft, shortest in the family... but I can tell you that when we talk about what makes a person attractive on the boards here, it isn't usually about height or measurements...

The sexiest thing in the world is confidence.

Be good in your own skin.

Its not that easy or simple... but it is that real and powerful.
