Did you really think that when they repo'd the car that nothing would happen? Sounds to me that the creditor got a judgement
And then found your bank account.
Did you say the amount you owe is $80,999.99?

Best thing for you to do is make some type of payment arrangement that's what I am trying to do now and I only owe 3800.00
