Treating perforations while doing root canal treatments

If a tooth is perforated there is a good chance that it can be repaired in most cases unless perf is in the pulpal floor, if it is too large or if it has caused a fracture in the tooth. It is worth a try ( as long as you see an endodontist) because your natural tooth is better then any form of replacement
