We live in suburbs of Kiev, small Ukrainian town of Boyarka.

We dream about our second child. We are healthy, potent, and love children very much. However, we cannot afford one more baby because of sudden increase in APR of our mortgage. In 2008 Ukrainian economy was much better. We bought our mortgage at 14% APR and were able to make monthly payments. Now, in 2010, US Dollar costs two-fold of that in 2008, the APR on our mortgage increased up to 16%.
We feel ourselves as we've got caught in a trap. We are unable to sell our home, because of the real estate market is dead. .
Certainly, our request is unusual. We do not seek a charitable donation. We are ample young professionals; we are capable of earning money. Is it possible to refinance our mortgage at 5% APR?
. We need $95,000 for 6 years at fixed 5% APR..
If somebody could help us to refinance, we could afford to have second child.
Our baby will be your name-child!
With great hope to your understanding.!

Have no idea what the US dollar has to do with your loan, if you need a 5 percent loan, then shop for it, go to banks, brokers and apply.

Also if you want to have a child, do so, and budget properly,

Sorry your credit score , value of your home and more decides the rate of your loan

Wait, are you expecting someone on this site to give you the loan?

Good luck with that. Not bloody likely.

Love the people and trust them? Obviously you don't get out much.

I get at least 2 emails a day from people running scams, wanting me to buy into it. The world is not a trustworthy place, and the internet has made it even less so.

I've lent money to family and never been paid back. Why would I lend money to a complete stranger? No sane person would do this.

Still wouldn't give people I don't know a loan.

It's a moot point anyway. I can't even afford to buy toilet paper right now, much less loan someone money.
