The Youtube video is about several people offering Free Hugs. I'm trying to find out who is singing the song in the video. The title of the song may be Alleluia. Does anyone know?

If the hugs were being given by a sort of nerdy, scruffy, long haired guy and he is wearing like a truckers hat, I think that was a Dave Mattews Band song but can't remember which one. It should be easy to find though.
