There is a wall that divides my living room from my dining room that I want open. It is approximately 35 square feet. Some years ago this wall was not there. What is the estimated cost?

I want to do some minor remodeling of my home. I want to tear down a wall that divides my dining room and living room. It was at one time no wall there, I would like it to be restored to original condition. I want to replace carpet with laminated wood click boards. There is 1500 square feet that needs to be removed and covered with laminate.
