2 years ago we cutted the tree but stump~ 15inch in diam. And 2 feet from the house still is here.
One of the root from that stump is touching (hitting) concrete slab and I concern about termites.
Please what should I do /?

Yes, there is the possibility of infestation by insects of varioius kinds if there's rotting, decaying wood near to the dwelling. I would suggest removing as much of the stump and root system as possible.
